< Our Wines

The richness and diversity of the Jura terroirs give rise to white wines of great finesse from just two grape varieties, CHARDONNAY and SAVAGNIN. Our biodynamic techniques enhance the particular qualities of each plot. CHARDONNAY, which has been cultivated in the Jura for centuries, is happiest in soils of blue or grey clay-limestone marl. Our whites are wines to keep (for 10 years or more), having been aged in wood, in ovoid vats or in amphorae for 12 to 40 months depending on the cuvée, and will accompany meals from the aperitif through to the cheese course.
