Our Red Wines
Our red-grape vines, of the Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir varieties, thrive on the marly soils. Biodynamic techniques enable each variety to express its particular characteristics in an appropriate soil type. The grapes are harvested then the wine bottled on “fruit days”, following the lunar calendar, to be sure to preserve their rich taste and natural balance. Our wines are fermented and matured using very low doses of S02.
