    The plot known as “A La Percenette” is composed of calcareous marls and schists rich in clays, kaolinites and pyrites.
    After fermentation this wine spends 12 months in barrels.
    Thanks to regular stirring of the lees and rigorous topping-up, this cuvée fully expresses the smoothness of Chardonnay with great subtlety and notes of white flowers.
    It is best enjoyed as an aperitif at 10°C with fish or shellfish.
