Domaine Pignier
    • French
  • Sauvageon

“Sauvageon” is the old, local name for the Savagnin variety, implying that these vines were previously considered to be wild. This new cuvée is oak-aged for 18 months in barrels which are kept topped-up, preventing oxidation.
Delightfully fruity, this wine is full of the rich aromas which are typical of Savagnin.
It is best drunk cool as an aperitif or with fish.
