    One of the finest native Jura varieties, our Trousseau grows on the plot known as “Les Gauthières”, on a trias soil mixed with variegated Keuper marls. The bunches are hand-picked, sorted and destemmed before fermenting for a month in vats with only wild yeasts. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels, which gives a refined wine with delicate aromas of red fruits and hints of spice.
    Best drunk at 15°C, this wine will accompany locally-produced smoked meats, beef and veal, waterfowl and cheeses.
    A wine with the potential to age for 15 years.
