Our Crémant Brut Blanc Nature is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged for an average of 18 months on racks, with no added sugar.
Our Crémant Brut Blanc “L’autre” is made only with Chardonnay. We employ a traditional production method, adding fermenting must to the base wine before laying the bottles down for 30 months’ ageing on racks, without adding any sugar.
